Online registration closes November 12, 2012. Choose your registration form from the two available options.
You must have 5+ people from the same school district to register as a team at a discounted per-person rate. If you have less than 5 people on your team, you must register as individual(s).
Early Bird deadline is October 15, 2012. After October 15, the rates will increase. Cancellations are not accepted for any reason. Substitutes are accepted though. All substitutions must be made through The Meeting Connection.
