The Meeting Connection is a full-service meeting and
consulting company. Founded in 1986 by Dwight Loken, CMP, TMC
specializes in providing meeting and conference planning services for
associations and corporations, including Site Selection and Negotiations
and Contracting; Meeting Logistics; On-Site Coordination; Registration
Assistance; Speakers and Entertainment; Promotional Products; Exhibit
Management. Personal service and attention to detail are of utmost importance to The Meeting Connection. We take the time to get to know the goals and objectives of your organization so that we can provide the best service possible. The Meeting Connection maintains a full-time office with up-to-date computer, copier, fax and e-mail capabilities. Because of this, for some organizations we are their association managers since we maintain their database and coordinate their mailings. Most organizations we work with tend to stay with us on a long-term basis. This provides continuity for the client as well as consistent representation to the hospitality community. We look forward to developing that type of relationship with your organization as we join your leadership team. |
